Slotting Part
The rubber anvil roller is steel material; the surface is grinded and hard chromium plating after balance correction. With slotting ring attachment to achieve very fine slotting cutting job too.
Rubber adopt fast fixing type excellent rubber. Easy to install and uninstall. Long service life, can be cut 8million times.
Adopting mechanical control the position move left and right of the rubber roller. The movement distance is 40mm. This structure makes the rubber covers equally wear, which can increase the use time.
Pneumatic control Up-down device of the rubber roller is synchronous with the cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard is fed, the rubber roller is go down and cut the cardboard, when cardboard feeding is stop, the rubber roller will go up and separated from the die. )
The unique speed compensation device can make the fine rubber roller rolling running with the die, no matter how the diameter of the rubber changed, the surface speed of the rubber is completely controlled by the die. This could make the shape of the carton sheet absolutely equal to the die pattern without people operation.
There is a rubber repair device with the machine, the rubber can be used again after be repaired.

The down press printing roller adopts seamless steel tube , after balance correction.

The anilox roller
The steel anilox roller surface adopts advanced chromium plating. Smoothness and hard wearing.
The Pneumatic control Up-down device of the anilox roller is synchronous with the cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard be fed,the anilox roller is go down and touch the printing plate, when cardboard feeding is stop, the anilox roller will go up and se
parated from the printing plate.)
The rubber roller
The rubber roller is steel roller covered with hardwearing rubber, this roller is especially grinded, and after balance correction .the surface's diameter in middle part of rubber roller
is bigger than two sides, so as to obtain good effect of ink transmission.
Inking system.
Inking system adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking with the ink cup to prevent the ink splashing. Steady inking and easy to maintain.
Have ink dust filter, make the ink more clear, and improve the printing effect.
When the machine stop, the anilox roller and rubber roller could running independently for transmission ink and prevent the ink drying out.
Slotting part:
Creasing wheel roller material is steel tube .
The surface of the creasing wheel roller is grinded, polished and hard chromium plating. And after balance corrective.
The slotting knife roller is after two times grinded. Be polished and hard chromium plating. And after balance corrective.
The width of the slot is 7mm.
The slotting knife is saw-tooth, adopt alloy steel material and after heat treatment and grinded, more hardwearing and sharp-edged.

Function and Characteristics:
-- Adopt PLC control the phase adjustment of each printing unit, operate easily.
-- All transmission rollers are made of high quality steel, plate with the hard chromium, surface is ground.
-- Driving gears are made of 40Cr high grade alloy steel and ground, the Rockwell hardness is ≥ 50 after the heat treatment.
-- Each unit adopt electric separating and pneumatic locking and whole locking. The alarm rings during the walking to ensure the safety of the operator. Different type of alarm sounding for start and stop the machine.
-- Using two hands together to press the start to button to ensure the safety of the operator.
-- There is dead-stop button in the front, middle and back of the machine.
-- There is instruction light (LED three-color instruction light) for the equipment electrifying, awaiting working and in unusual condition.
-- There is a dead-stop button in each unit of printing machine, the operator can stop each unit when in the middle of each unit to keep the operator safety.

After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.

Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the
capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we
will pick you up there.
