Description&Feature:
NP-AFGS series automatic folder gluer with stitch machine consists of three section: vacuum feeding section ,gluing and folding section,counter and stitching section.
All motors except frequency conversion motor adopt Taiwan Chengbond motor,Frequency conversion motor with quality inverter adjust speed.PLC and Touch screen control system for easy operation and running stable.The maximum speed is 130meters/min,average speed is 100meters/min.Energy conservation and high speed,saving labor cost.

Main structure of machine:
Feeding Section:
- Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily
- Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted,feeding section controlled independently,operation easily.
- Stainless steel glue wheel adopted,long life and saving glue cost
- Second creasing struction can impress again the paperboard which was not creased well
Gluing and Folding Section:
- Simpless structure and high reliability,glue quantity adjustable,cleaning easily
- Creaser wheel adjustable,suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard
- Imported quality rubber belt adopted,automatic folding
- With paperboard retify device and creasing rectify device
Stitching with stacker Section:
- Stacking and counting are simple and reliable
- Digital control,operation easily and reliable.No-stop in data and automatic counting
- With rectification function
- Paperboard counting and put out by pneumatic,stable and quickly
- Imported with original packaging from Japan, high precision, less mechanical drive department, it can reduce the mechanical failure effectively.
- The whole control system adopt Omron PLC control system.
- Optoelectronic switch and proximity sensor adopt Schneider brand.
- Die block and knife made by Japan tungsten steel.(wear- resisting)
- All group nail made by special steel, computer precision machining.
- Change box size and adjust box nail distance in one minute, it can save the time and easy to operate.
- It has auto counting revise function on backend, it can set number(from 1 to 99) points send to lose to fold mechanical end, convenient packing banding.
- Nail distance: 30-120 mm (you can adjust according by your need)
- One machine has dual purpose, can nail single piece box, and double piece box,irregular box.
- The size adopt automatic controlled, change size just need 2-3 min.
- Be suitable for small and medium size box, easy to nail and speediness.
- Adjust nail distance, use the computer set automatic nail, nail distance is 20-120 mm, adjust it by your need.
- This machine adopt computer screen display fault specification.
- This machine adopt four servo motor,(two starting motors and another two controlled nail motors)
Packaging & Shipping
After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.

We are both a factory and a trading company in this field .
2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.
3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the
capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we
will pick you up there.
4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
