 Summary of the machine.

1. Surface of heating board is grinding, the width of heating board is 600mm, total 18PCS, the length of cooling case-hardened parts is 6300mm, the heating board is made of container board, according with the first class national pressure vessel standard, and provide pressure vessel certificate and inspection certificate.
2. Heating board adopt the structure of intensive heavy press shoes 
3. Up and down of the pressure roll adopt pneumatic thermal shoe type structure
4. Left-right corrective adjustment of upper transmission belt automatic adjustment, upper transmission belt consists of 2 sets of tension system, one set is manual type(fine adjustment), and another is pneumatic adjustment (quick).
5. Heat-conducting pipes of heating board control the temperature in different section and digital display the temperature
6. Upper cotton belt adopt double cylinder S type cotton belt tensioning device.
7. Lower cotton belt adopt S type manual correcting tensioning structure, concise and practical, with one set of manual fine-tuning type device.
8. Surface of driving roll is attached with wear-resisting rubber, form herringbone structure, with drum, add assure to output paperboard smooth
9. Driving parts adopt independent speed change box, wheel gear is made of ZG-500# cast steel, and wheel gear adopt oil-immersed lubrication, with liquid meter display

 After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.
