Introduction:
This machine is special used for corrugated cardboard multi-color printing, slotting, paper separating, ceasing, corner cutting, die-cutting, gluing and packing. It is with high precision, flexible control and easy-to-operation features.
Machine Application:This machine is composed of auto chain feeder, lead edge feed, printing, slotting, die-cutting, gluing, and packing seven sections. It is mainly used for multi-printing, creasing, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, die-cutting, gluing, folding, correcting, counting, stacking, packing and outputting to 3/5/7ply corrugated cardboard.

Applications of each section:
1) Pile up paperboard feeding section: To stack, pile turn and feed the paperboard to be fed.
2) Feeding section: To feed the paperboard to be printed.3) Printing section: to print cardboard in one color or multi-colors.
4) Slotting section: to crease, trim, slot and corner cut cardboard.
5) Die-cutting section: to die-cut the paperboard based on knife die into the finished carton box.
6) Gluer section: To glue/paste the molding cardboard after slotting and die-cutting.
7) Packing section: To pack the molding carton after gluing/pasting.

Automatic paperboard feeder
Auto Feeder is the high speed and high efficient feeding assistant equipment for fully automatic printing slotting (die-cutting) machine. It can ensure the stable/continuous paperboard feeding for high speed and large printer. Meanwhile, it can save the labor and improve the efficiency as much as possible.
Auto feeder is made up of seven parts: shift fork lifting section, horizontal convey section, frame, hydraulic system, longitudinal flapping mechanism, feeding roller and moving mechanism.
Fully Automatic Flexo Printing Slotting and Die-cutting Machine
1)Function Configuration and Technical Parameters
Main feature: Produce variety of carton and box which including fruit carton, beer carton, drink carton, food carton, garment carton, electronics carton and so on
2)Computer Control Operation Unit
* Memory return to zero: when machine is in working process, if need to open the machine and wipe forme or change forme, it can be self-recovery original position when the machine is closed.
* Controllable type anilox roller rising and falling: when one of units does not need to be printed temporary, this unit of anilox roller can be controlled not falling thus it does not need to be cleaned.
* Position return to zero: complete appliance can make forme position return to zero, make the forme position in place one time, usually try to print two pieces can make the position correct.
* The image of main electric motor displays machine speed, paper feed, even paper, separate pieces etc.
* Monitor displays the order design number and actual production number. When the fixed amount is finished, the sheet feeding will be automatically stopped and the anilox roller will be separated from forme automatically.
Automatic Folder Gluer and Packer Section
*The maximum of operating speed is 300m / min.
*Integrated line control for whole machine, computer stores orders, remote operation, digital input.
*The key drive parts are purchased the imported bearings and high-speed transmission belt.
