Automatic down-side folding and gluing , attached and Synchronized with automatic printing die-cutting machine and automatic bundling machine. High speed and efficiency. Can save 7-8 labors and save the factory space. Easily achieve per hour produce 10000 ready cartons.
Machine consists of three part which is board feeding part , gluing & folding part and counting stacking part . Speed adjustment can be done by touch screen and remote.
It adopt 4 times of scoring and correction parts to make sure paper feeding high accuracy.
Machine is frequency conversion control, with imported drive. Touch screen display the running data and can do order change easily from touch screen. After input new order size, machine can automatically change into needed position , highly increased working efficiency. Different size of carton , quick and convenient to adjust.
Whole machine is heavy duty with high quality bearings, imported electrics, thickness pipes, imported belts.

Printing part:
The printing roller
The printing roller is steel material, after balance correction.
The surface of the printing roller is grinded, polished and hard chromium plating.
The down press printing roller.
The down press printing roller adopts seamless steel tube , after balance correction.
The surface of the down press printing roller is grinded, polished and hard chromium plating.
The anilox roller
The steel anilox roller surface adopts advanced chromium plating. Smoothness and hard wearing.
The Pneumatic control Up-down device of the anilox roller is synchronous with the cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard be fed,the anilox roller is go down and touch the printing plate, when cardboard feeding is stop, the anilox roller will go up and se
parated from the printing plate.)
The rubber roller
The rubber roller is steel roller covered with hardwearing rubber, this roller is especially grinded, and after balance correction .the surface's diameter in middle part of rubber roller
is bigger than two sides, so as to obtain good effect of ink transmission.
Inking system.
Inking system adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking with the ink cup to prevent the ink splashing. Steady inking and easy to maintain.
Have ink dust filter, make the ink more clear, and improve the printing effect.
When the machine stop, the anilox roller and rubber roller could running independently for transmission ink and prevent the ink drying out.
Slotting part:
Creasing wheel roller material is steel tube .
The surface of the creasing wheel roller is grinded, polished and hard chromium plating. And after balance corrective.
The slotting knife roller is after two times grinded. Be polished and hard chromium plating. And after balance corrective.
The width of the slot is 7mm.
The slotting knife is saw-tooth, adopt alloy steel material and after heat treatment and grinded, more hardwearing and sharp-edged.
The rubber anvil roller is steel material; the surface is grinded and hard chromium plat
Packaging & Shipping
After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.

Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the
capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we
will pick you up there.
