1.Wall board material is casting iron, thickness 40mm, will not be out of shape. Spot facing work adopt high precision display processing, center distance of holes can reach ±0.01mm.
2.Helical tooth gears on main drive which adopted 45# steel,
treated with gear shaving with high precision facility, closed spray lubrication system, put oil before run the machine, can lower down the noise, decrease the abrasion of gears, and prolong the lifetime of gears.
3.All bearings use good Chinese brand.
4.Adopt electrical counter, can control the paper qty exactly.
5.Use good quality electrics of Chinese brand.
6.Upper slotting shaft:external diameter156mm, upper slotter holder:external diameter 388mm,geared ring adopt globular graphite material,It's wear-resisting.
Lower slotter shaft:110mm, slotting knife:width 7mm
Corner cutter holder: width 50mm. The slotting knife holder and creasers move in transverse direction synchronously.

Adjust 4 slotting knives by manual together to change the slotting depth together, finish the carton height adjustment in one time together.

Packaging & Shipping
After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.
3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the
capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we
will pick you up there.
4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
